💡 Export → Edit → Import: Select products → Export CSV → edit in Excel → Import Products. Product IDs are preserved — existing products will be updated, new ones created.

💡 One row per variant — same Product ID repeated, each row with its own Model Code, Size, Price, Accessories (JSON), Price Tiers (JSON), Specifications (JSON). Variant IDs are preserved so re-importing updates instead of duplicating.
